1 - Less Stained Application
If we want a surface with less stains, when you're barring the Microcement the movements should be circular and uniform. This technique is very importante in finishing Microcement. To contribute to a somewhat tarnished application should be used a rubber trowel instead of metal trowel.
2 - Customize Colour
Chose the colour of our colour range, all of them are customizable. When you are mixing the Pigment with Resin, can choose a darker or lighter colour. To make a darker colour you have to add more quantity of Pigment, to make a lighter colour you have to add less quantity of Pigment. This colour is chosen by client when are mixing the pigment with resin.
3 - FiberGlass Mesh in Microcement Stairs
When Applying Microcement in Stairs, fiberglass mesh should be applied only on the basis of each step. On the basis the application process is the same as the floor, in the remaining space of the stairs the fiberglass mesh application isn't necessary.
4 - After Application - Perfect Surface
After all application process, the next day you should smoothly sanding with very fine sandpapper in order to remove any substances left by the roller enamelling in applying sealer.
5 - Complete Sealing - Sealer Application
The Sealer is responsible for sealing the Microcement and ensure durability. When applying the Sealer, this should be applied in two coats of which were to be applied cross mode, one of them should be applied horizontally and the other one vertically. This ensures the complete sealing of Microcement.
